Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate - Corporate Action in SBI-SG GLOBAL SECURITIES SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate actions and securities services, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate corporate actions such as mergers and acquisitions, dividends, and stock splits.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all corporate action activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to corporate actions and securities services.
Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including lawyers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of corporate actions, securities services, and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working with financial software and systems is desirable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
