Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive - Claims Facilitator Representative to join our team at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims facilitation and representation, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and facilitate claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Represent the company in various forums, including regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agents, and partners.
Analyze and resolve complex claims issues, providing expert guidance and support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing and customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in claims facilitation or representation, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of claims processing, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with excellent technical skills and adaptability.
