Role Description:

This is a full-time role for an Associate - Content & Curations. The individual will be responsible for creating and managing content, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication. The associate will work on-site in Pune and will curate educational materials, manage web content, and support the implementation of content strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

About the Role:

As an Associate – Content & Curations, you’ll:

✔️ Curate & develop engaging educational content for our Vinoba App

✔️ Drive teacher & student engagement through storytelling, poetry recitation, reading & more

✔️ Support community growth, program execution & digital content marketing

✔️ Collaborate with educators, field teams & administrators to strengthen impact

What We’re Looking For?

🎓 Graduate (Mass Comm, Social Sciences, or related field)

💡 2+ years in content curation, curriculum design, or digital engagement

🌐 Skills in content creation, social media, storytelling, and basic design tools

🗣️ Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi

Remuneration:

₹3.0 – 4.0 LPA (Based on experience)
