Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Consultant in Talent Acquisition at Aon, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top talent that aligns with Aon's culture and business needs. You will collaborate closely with human capital consulting leaders and hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Additionally, you will be involved in talent pipelining, employer branding, data-driven decision-making, interview process management, offer negotiation, onboarding collaboration, and staying updated on market intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, from strategic sourcing to onboarding - Collaborate with consulting leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and align talent strategies - Build and nurture a high-quality talent pool for current and future consulting roles - Champion Aon's employer brand to attract top-tier consulting talent - Maintain clean and insightful recruitment data for smarter decision-making - Coordinate complex interview setups and ensure a smooth candidate experience - Support offer discussions with market insights and candidate alignment - Partner with HR and cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding - Stay informed about industry hiring trends and competitor strategies Qualifications Required: - Full-time Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline - 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in managing Non-IT recruitment, niche hiring, senior stakeholder & vendor management - Mid-level hiring experience - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - High learning agility and a proactive mindset - Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment - Strong planning, relationship-building, and organizational skills - Problem-solving abilities - Team player with a go-getter attitude Please note that the company details provided in the job description have been omitted for brevity.,
