Associate Community Manager - Biking Community

The Associate Community Manager – Biking Community will play a key role in growing and nurturing regional biker communities on Mytra and various social platforms. This individual will support community engagement, content creation, and partnerships with biking groups and influencers, aligning with Mytra’s goal of becoming the leading platform for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard biking clubs, riding groups, and influencers to Mytra.
• Plan and execute digital and on-ground activations (rides, challenges, meet-ups).
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored for bikers, including ride stories, recaps, and reels.
• Foster active participation and positive interaction within biker communities.
• Monitor and respond to member inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
• Track community metrics, such as growth, engagement, and sentiment, and report findings to the team.
• Support virtual and offline events to enhance engagement and build strong relationships.
• Stay current on biking trends and community best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in community management, event coordination, or similar roles.
• Passionate about motorcycles and active in the biking community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media/content management tools.
• Creative, energetic, and highly organized; able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong empathy, conflict resolution, and people engagement skills.

Location

Pune, Maharashtra; with flexibility for travel to biking events.
