Associate: Communications and Content Programs

Roles and Responsibilities

MASH Impact is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate - Communications & Content Programs to join our team and help drive our mission forward. In this role, you’ll help craft compelling narratives, manage our social media presence, and contribute to our overall communications strategy. 

Key responsibilities include to:

• Support the rapid development and execution of communication strategies, adapting to evolving priorities and campaign needs.
• Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for social media platforms.
• Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage with our audience.
• Support media relations activities, including press release development and media outreach (optional).
• Research and identify relevant trends and topics to inform content creation.
• Help create additional communication materials (e.g., website copy, presentations).
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a unified communication approach.

Requirements

• Degree in English, communications, journalism, or a related humanities field with a strong command of the English language.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience

  in communications, content creation, or social media management.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for social impact.

• Proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to work
