Associate - Client Onboarding

You will play a crucial role in driving the onboarding of AuthBridge Customers, focusing on identifying areas for improvement in the onboarding processes and features. This position involves collaborating with Sales, Solutioning, and Product teams to ensure all client requirements are effectively configured on the platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving and project management skills, along with a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS model and third-party applications to streamline manual processes and enhance the efficiency of the onboarding team. Your key responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, optimizing configuration on the product platform, documenting and configuring client workflow requirements for various APIs, Journeys, and Services, identifying gaps in requirements, suggesting improvements in Product/Processes, communicating with internal stakeholders for requirement clarification and project updates, managing multiple onboarding requests, and providing timelines based on backlog items. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in client onboardings and configurations on a SaaS-based platform. A graduate degree or higher is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
