Associate - Client Onboarding

You will be responsible for driving the onboarding of AuthBridge Customers and identifying areas of improvement to enhance onboarding processes and features. This role requires liaising with Sales, Solutioning, and Product teams to ensure that all client-related requirements are properly configured on the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the requirements received from the solutioning/client and optimize the configuration of flows on the product platform. - Document and configure client workflow requirements for various APIs, Journeys, and Services. - Identify gaps in requirements provided by solutioning, sales, or clients. - Propose improvements in Product/Processes. - Communicate with internal stakeholders for requirements clarification and project updates. - Manage multiple onboarding requests and provide timelines based on backlog items. Qualification & Functional Skills: - Must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in client onboardings/Configurations on a SaaS based platform. - Graduate and above with good verbal and written communication skills, along with problem identification and solving abilities.
