Job Description

As an Associate in Category Demand Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of category demand within the organization. With 0.0-4.0 years of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Pricing, Planning , ensuring smooth operations and effective category demand management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive & Own Pricing and Planning Charter for the respective BUs to ensure Topline as well as Bottomline targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand category demand requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
Monitor and track category sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Drive category planning and provide insights and recommendations based on demand analysis.
Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions for category demand management.
