We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Associate – Careers & Placements
with 4–5 years of relevant experience to drive and manage our placement operations. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with companies, facilitating student placements, and ensuring smooth coordination between hiring partners and students. You will also oversee the placement process end-to-end, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent experience for both recruiters and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Placement Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between companies and students, coordinating placement drives, job postings, interviews, and related activities.
- Interview & Selection Process Management: Schedule, coordinate, and oversee interviews, group discussions, and technical rounds between students and hiring partners. Ensure smooth execution of the process and resolve any issues in real-time.
- Student Readiness & Communication: Work with students to ensure they are prepared for placement opportunities. Share job descriptions, interview details, and guidelines clearly and in a timely manner.
- Feedback & Reporting: Collect structured feedback from companies and students post-interviews, maintain accurate placement records, and track hiring outcomes.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with internal teams to improve placement readiness programs and streamline coordination processes. Suggest and implement strategies to enhance recruiter and student experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with leadership, academic teams, and company HR representatives to align on placement goals and drive successful outcomes.
Key Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment operations, or a similar role.
- Strong industry connections and proven experience in building partnerships with companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with both recruiters and students.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Proficiency with scheduling and reporting tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, or similar platforms).
