Associate - Business Developement

Position Overview: Executive / Sr. Executive - Sales and Business Development

• Experience working with Electronic Product Manufacturing OEMs, EMS companies, Semiconductor industry, or engineering services organizations.
• Hands-on experience in Business Development and/or Pre-Sales for Product Engineering, Embedded Systems (Hardware, Software), and Digital Engineering services
  

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market insights, industry events, professional networks, and market research.
• Drive sales growth within existing accounts through cross-selling, up-selling, and comprehensive account management.
• Manage sales targets at the Account, Zone, and Region levels.
• Own the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Technical, Delivery, and Operations)
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical demonstrations in partnership with the delivery/operations team.
• Ensure compliance with organizational sales processes, including timely CRM updates and adherence to sales governance documentation.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business, customer satisfaction, and account growth.
