You will be joining a brand deeply rooted in Indian traditions that aims to provide safe solutions for new parents backed by science. Mother Sparsh, founded in 2018, blends traditional values with modern designs to cater to the needs of new parents. With the trust of over 5 million Indian moms, the brand continues to evolve with love and nature's strength, starting with the creation of the flagship product - 99% Pure Water Unscented Baby Wipes. As a fast-growing D2C brand, Mother Sparsh is expanding its portfolio through research and innovation to make premium care accessible to every family. Your role as an Associate Brand Manager will be crucial in driving brand strategy, creating engaging campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing creative content strategies for the brand. - Crafting innovative ad copies to enhance brand visibility. - Collaborating with different teams to monitor campaign performance and make timely adjustments. - Conceptualizing scripts for digital ads and TVCs in alignment with the brand's tone. - Leveraging market insights to create relevant and engaging brand campaigns. - Analyzing competitor campaigns to develop impactful brand strategies. - Evaluating campaign results with data analysts to optimize strategies for better ROI. - Collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-quality brand assets adhering to brand guidelines. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (NIFT graduates preferred). - 3-4 years of experience in reputed brands, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle sectors. - Proven track record in developing and executing brand campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. - Strong creative sense, understanding of consumer psychology, and brand positioning. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
