Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Brand Director, located in Pune. The Associate Brand Director will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, conducting market research, planning marketing efforts, and managing brand marketing initiatives. Daily tasks will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging, overseeing brand campaigns, and analyzing brand performance metrics to drive growth and improve brand equity.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research
• Extensive experience in Brand Strategy and Brand Management
• Strong skills in Brand Marketing
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Proven track record in the advertising and marketing industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
