Job Description

Position Purpose

The primary purpose of the position will be to support BNL CTO Office OD and Monitoring teams in their CHANGE activities, primarily:

Evolution of MDM, ADDM, SNOW

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Ensuring smooth and efficient transition of IT projects during the operational phase
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential issues during the transition process
Continuously improving transition and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Coordinate closely with Rome IT Application Production Teams working on IT Obsolescence program and all other BNL BNP Paribas IT teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
A proactive and results-driven approach to work

Contributing Responsibilities

Help build team spirit and integrate into BNL BNP Paribas culture
Contribute to the regular activity reporting and KPI calculation
Contribute to continuous improvement actions, especially the lessons learned from handovers to Paris
Contribute to the acquisition by ISPL team of new skills & knowledge to expand its scope

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

For the reinforcement of our team, we are looking for an IT Engineer with these skills:

1. Middleware Administration, with Strong technical knowledge and experience on::

o Service Now

o Master Data Management

o ADDM discovery tool

General competences:

- Knowledge of ITIL

- General IT infrastructure knowledge

- Knowledge of IT production backup and resilience setup (High Availability setup, Disaster Recovery Plan, etc.)

- Service Now ticketing system

Specific Qualifications (if required)

Basic knowledge of Italian language can be an advantage
