Job Description

Oracle L3 Skills: Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle databases (12c/19c/21c/23ai). Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN backups, and recovery operations. Perform performance tuning at database and SQL levels. Conduct database capacity planning and growth management. Provide L3-level support for complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop permanent resolutions. Collaborate with L2 teams for escalation handling and knowledge transfer. Review recurring incidents and identify automation opportunities. Develop automation scripts. Integrate database operations into CI/CD pipelines for agile delivery. Perform AWR/ASH report analysis, indexing, and query optimization. Proactively identify bottlenecks and apply tuning best practices. Implement and manage database auditing, encryption (TDE), and user access controls. Implement security baselines and ensure compliance with customer policies Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and scripts repository.
