Associate Architect

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React JS and Node JS and it is a plus if they have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using React JS and Node JS. Oversee the implementation of best practices in coding and architecture. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Ensure the security and integrity of the application. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Qualifications Must have strong experience in React JS and Node JS. Should have a solid understanding of web development principles. Must possess excellent problem-solving skills. Should have experience in agile development methodologies. Nice to have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance domain. Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
