About us:

The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 50 plus offline stores and further expansion in pan India.

The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. What You’ll Be Doing

Packaging (Your Main Area)

• Design packaging boxes, hangtags, stickers, inserts, personalization cards, and other packaging elements.
• Work with dielines, color specs, print requirements, and vendor-ready files.
• Ensure designs are clean, consistent, and follow brand and licensing guidelines.
• Coordinate with sourcing and product teams to review and close packaging samples.

Graphics Support (Your Secondary Area)

• Assist with graphics for lapel pins, socks, caps, rugs, and shoes.
• Create icons, patches, small motifs, label graphics, silicon badge artworks, and other elements.
• Support the team with moodboards, reference research, colorways, and internal presentation decks.

Occasional Social Media Support

• Create

  fun, experimental, and high-energy

  creatives for accessory launches.

You’ll Fit Right In If You

• Understand the basics of graphic design — layout, typography, color.
• Are comfortable using

  Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Are detail-oriented and enjoy clean, well-finished work.
• Are curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

• You know the basics of printing and production processes.

Education

• Degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a similar field
