We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate 1

Principal responsibilities

• Support CMA business development teams at a regional and global level to improve the overall business by providing strategic insights using tools and data available.
• The role holder will be responsible for monitoring CMA business performance working closely with the team lead, including performance against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), intensity measures and missed business process
• Manage Reporting Dashboards end to end for various analysis/projects that helps the senior management to track costs on staffing and Travel & Entertainment expenses etc.
• Market Data Governance and analysis for usage of market data tools in the CMA business and tracking against budget
• Ensure effective and globally consistent application of business selection processes, pipeline management and cross business collaborations
• Responsible for the production of CMA specific management information, working with Finance, leveraging globally consistent processes, metrics and data sources where available
• Develop and structure a central repository for receiving and storing MI from across the CMA products, both quantitative & qualitative
• Support a number of workstreams related to transformation and strategic projects of importance to drive the CMA business strategy, including GenAI initiatives
• Assist in the follow up and management of action points to ensure initiatives are clearly accounted for, priorities set & objectives met

Requirements

Professional Experience:

3-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar strategy-focused role, preferably within financial services.

Proven track record of working on high-impact strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.

Educational Background:

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Excellent grasp of MS PowerPoint / Excel / Word and ability to distil large quantities of information into key themes / issues. Follow up on recurring themes from the MI and identify solutions, which are followed through to conclusion.

Working knowledge of Power BI and Python preferred

Deep understanding of the Investment Banking business model, product offerings, and market dynamics.

Proficiency in Financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
