Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contract documentation
Manage claims, disputes, and contractual obligations throughout project lifecycle
Coordinate with project teams to monitor contract performance and mitigate risks
Maintain contract records and documentation for audits and internal reviews
Liaise with legal advisors and senior management for strategic contract decisions
Ability to handle high-value contracts and complex project structures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or related field (Masters preferred)
Proven experience in contract management within the infrastructure sector
Strong understanding of FIDIC, EPC, PPP, and other contract frameworks
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software
Experience working with government clients

Preferred Attributes

NICMAR candidates preferred
or candidates with advanced qualifications in contract management
Must have
strong knowledge of contract works
, including drafting, execution, and dispute resolution
