1. Prepare, review, and update project schedules using Primavera (P6) / MS Project.
2. Develop baseline schedules and ensure timely updates as per project progress.
3. Identify critical paths and constraints; suggest corrective measures for timely completion.
4. Prepare dashboards, MIS, S-curves, progress charts, and earned value analysis (EVA).
5. Track manpower, equipment, and material deployment vs. plan.
6. Work closely with design, procurement, contracts, and execution teams for timely deliverables.
7. Coordinate with stakeholders such as consultants, client representatives, local authorities, and contractors.
8. Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks in project execution.
9. Maintain planning-related documentation including look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and project logs.
10. Scheduling for high-rise structures, retail, commercial, parking, and external development works.
11. Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and project monitoring tools.
12. Must have handled large-scale infrastructure projects (railway station redevelopment, airport terminals, or large commercial complexes).
