Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare daily cash flow forecasts and other MIS monitor, analyze and manage daily liquidity, execute daily financing and facilitate investment decisions
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
Ensure all fund raisings across capital and loan products as deemed fit to the requirement and budget plans of the company.
Structuring and executing various structured finance deals including securitization.
Evaluate alternative financing strategies and make recommendations to Management
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to regulations related to treasury management.
Documentation for credit facility with Banks, institutions and handling credit rating exercise.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of information before sharing with investors/lenders.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having experience in Treasury

Must have experience in Investor relations

Experience in fund raisings across capital and loan products, liquidity
