Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring best value, quality, and timely delivery
  • Lead vendor performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure timely invoice processing and payment coordination
  • Analyze market trends and forecast pricing to support strategic planning
  • Represent Zenplus at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Lead and mentor procurement team members


Who You Are

  • MBA/Postgraduate in Marketing or Supply Chain Management

  • 6–8+ years of procurement/vendor management experience

  • Strong network in hospitals & medical centers

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
