Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery lifecycle of AI/ML projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within quality standards.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align expectations, clarify requirements, and resolve any blockers promptly.
Understand the technical nuances of AI technologies, including model training, deployment, and monitoring, to effectively guide the project and mitigate risks.
Apply Agile methodologies to plan sprints, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Navigate the dynamic and evolving nature of AI projects by identifying challenges early, adapting plans as needed, and fostering innovation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in delivering AI or machine learning products from concept to deployment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work across diverse teams and clients.
Solid technical understanding of AI/ML concepts and workflows.
Expertise in Agile project management and risk mitigation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
