Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive financial, commercial, and legal due diligence on companies, and prepare detailed due diligence reports. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and support throughout the transaction lifecycle. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to clients and potential investors. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions are executed in compliance with the regulations of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) and other relevant authorities in GIFT City.
