Salary- 20k to 25k About Eventsica: Eventsica is an innovative online event booking platform designed to simplify and personalize the way small-scale events are planned. Users can browse and select services such as catering, decoration, entertainment, and more—directly through our platform. Based on selected services and budget, Eventsica instantly generates quotes and allows easy customization, making event planning effortless and transparent. We specialize in small-scale events—birthdays, house parties, community gatherings, corporate mixers, and intimate celebrations—with a focus on quality, flexibility, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with service vendors across categories (e.g., venue, catering, decoration, entertainment, photography). Ensure timely delivery and quality of services booked via the platform. Assist with vendor onboarding, documentation, and database management. Manage vendor communication before, during, and after events. Track vendor performance, handle issues or delays proactively. Work with the sales and customer support team to ensure all vendor logistics align with client expectations. Support in price negotiations, quote updates, and invoice tracking.
