Effective communication with vendors before, during, and after events, coupled with proactive issue resolution, will be essential aspects of your role. Collaboration with the sales and customer support teams to align vendor logistics with client expectations will be a pivotal part of your daily tasks. You will actively track vendor performance, address any deviations promptly, and support in negotiation processes, quote revisions, and invoice management.
