Job Description

As a Transport Operations Manager, your role involves overseeing the efficient distribution of pickup and drop services provided by the transport staff to the vendors. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring timely delivery of pickup and drop lists to the vendors. - Addressing and resolving employee complaints promptly. - Managing the helpdesk operations on a 24*7 basis. - Ensuring availability of vendor manpower during employee login and logout times. - Implementing security measures for women employees during night hours to comply with regulations. - Monitoring the timely and safe pickups and arrivals of employees and service providers by the transport staff and vendors. - Ensuring adherence to defined travel times and circulating incident reports within 24 hours. - Acting as the primary point of contact for all transport escalations at the designated facility. - Ensuring compliance with all reports, checklists, and statutory requirements at all times. - Analyzing transport costing data for accuracy and reporting to the management accordingly. - Supervising the team in updating trip data in the designated tool as needed. - Reviewing deductions and penalties regularly and taking appropriate actions. - Implementing measures for maintaining a safe fleet and ensuring timely closure of audit findings. - Monitoring vendor performance and escalating any issues as necessary.
