Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant (executive / personal) to the Managing Director. The assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks including providing support, managing phone communications, scheduling, and multitasking duties. The role requires close coordination with the Managing Director to ensure smooth operations and effective time management. The role requires a lot of Travel / open to travel., within NCR on regular basis.

Qualifications

• Executive Personal Assistance skills
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Diary / Calendar management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• preferably resident of South Delhi / Gurugram.
• preferably person with self owned vehicle (car).
