Assistant to Managing Director

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the MD in managing schedules, Calendar Managements, appointments, and meetings
• Handle day-to-day personal and office-related errands as required
• Handle travel arrangements, documentation, and follow-ups
• Maintain confidentiality in all personal and business-related matters
• Support with basic reporting, presentation, and data entry tasks

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Freshers or up to 3 years’ experience)
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and well-mannered
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
• Well-organized, punctual, and willing to learn
• Flexible with working hours and tasks
• Two-wheeler license (preferred for local errands)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
