Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company. Your role will require exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accountability sheets, delegation sheets, and follow-ups - Coordinate meetings (both executive and operational) and prepare agendas - Take minutes during meetings - Manage leave applications, accident reports, and employee/vendor records - Track sales data, customer records, and enquiry capture - Ensure timely reporting and updates to the Business Development team Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word - Strong command of English, both spoken and written - Familiarity with task management tools like To-Do List - Shorthand knowledge would be advantageous Additional Details: This position is open exclusively to female candidates and is a full-time role with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is essential for this in-person work location.,
