Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for effectively managing scheduling, calendar, phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Familiarity with tools like To-Do List and shorthand knowledge would be advantageous. Your exceptional multitasking and organizational skills will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accountability sheets, delegation sheets, and follow-ups - Coordinate meetings (both executive and operational), prepare agendas, and take minutes - Manage leave applications, accident reports, and employee/vendor records - Track sales data, customer records, and enquiry capture - Ensure timely reporting and updates to the Business Development team Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word - Strong command of English (spoken and written) - Excellent follow-up skills - Ability to multitask effectively - Organizational skills (Note: This position is open only to female candidates and requires proficiency in English for the in-person work location. It is a Full-time role with a Day shift schedule.),
