Assistant Technical Engineer

1. New Product Training:

• Conduct at least 4 training sessions per quarter, ensuring a minimum attendance rate of 90%.
• Develop and distribute comprehensive training materials within 1 week of the training session.
• Achieve a minimum feedback score of 80% from participants on the effectiveness of the training.

2. Existing Product Issues and Dealer/Distributor Support:

• Resolve at least 90% of reported issues with existing products within 48 hours.
• Maintain a response time of less than 2 hours for dealer and distributor queries.
• Achieve a minimum satisfaction rating of 85% from dealers and distributors based on quarterly surveys.

3. Participation in Techno-Commercial Sales:

• Contribute to at least 5 technical proposals per quarter, ensuring a minimum acceptance rate of 70%.
• Participate in at least 3 sales meetings per month, providing detailed technical insights.
• Achieve a minimum feedback score of 80% from the sales team on the quality of technical support provided.

4. Sales Support for Projects and Space Requirements:

• Successfully place products in at least 80% of assigned projects within the stipulated time frame.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in 100% of project installations.
• Achieve a minimum feedback score of 80% from project managers on the effectiveness of support provided.

5. Technical Support to In-House and Third-Party Service Teams:

• Provide timely technical support, ensuring a response time of less than 2 hours for urgent issues.
• Maintain a database of common issues and solutions, updating it at least once a month.
• Achieve a minimum feedback score of 80% from service teams on the quality of technical guidance provided.

Qualifications:

• Education:

   Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

   Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the installation and maintenance of digital door locks and safe systems.

• Skills:

1. Strong technical knowledge of digital door locks and safe systems.
2. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
3. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
4. Effective communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
