We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Team Lead (ATL) - Sales with hands-on experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a salesteam, driving performance, and ensuring targets are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counselling prospective students (mostly working executives in various industries
• Achieving enrolment targets (End to End sales)
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 to 10 sales executives and take full accountability of driving monthly admission and revenue Quota
• Drive the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance using CRM tools and daily reporting.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to the Sales Manager/Head. Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales within the EdTech industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and other reporting platforms
