Assistant Teacher (Secondary)

1.Plan, prepare, and deliver subject-specific lessons inaccordance with CBSE guidelines.
2. Develop and use innovative teaching methods to ensurestudent engagement and effective learning. 3. Prepare and distribute teaching materials, lesson plans,and assignments. 4.Conduct periodic assessments and evaluate studentsacademic progress. 5.Follow the prescribed CBSE syllabus and integrate it withclassroom teaching. 6.Maintain up knowledge of CBSE regulations, changes incurriculum, and examination patterns. 7.Prepare students for internal and board exams withappropriate guidance and practice sessions. 8.Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analyticalskills among students. 9.Address individual learning needs by employingdifferentiated teaching strategies. 10.Encourage participation in co-curricular andextracurricular activities. 11.Create a structured and disciplined classroom environmentconducive to learning. 12.Handle student queries, conflicts, or challengesempathetically and effectively. 13.Promote a positive learning atmosphere by fosteringmutual respect and inclusivity. 14.Regularly up parents/guardians about students progress and areas of improvement. 15.Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management toaddress student needs and curriculum goals. 16.Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades,and assessments. 17.Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, andschool events. 18.Prepare lesson plans, examination papers, and progressreports. 19.Stay up on advancements in teaching methodologiesand subject knowledge. 20.Attend workshops, seminars, and in-service trainingprograms organized by CBSE or the school.

Who we are looking for:Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree in the relevant subject(s) (e.g., BA, BSc) from a recognized university. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory. CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification as per CBSE requirements. Experience: Below 2 years. Freshers can also apply.
