Job Description

The ideal candi will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that enhance the school s brand, engage our community, and support our educational mission.

Whatyou will be doing

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the school s mission, vision, and goals. - Conduct content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for content improvement. - Create, edit, and manage high-quality, engaging content for the school s website, social media channels, newsletters, blogs, and other communication materials. - Ensure all content is consistent with the school s tone, style, and branding guidelines. - Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed. - Work closely with the marketing, admissions, and academic departments to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and communication efforts. - Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary to produce high-quality content. - Engage with the school community, including students, parents, alumni, and staff, to gather content ideas and feedback. - Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery. - Provide training and support to staff and faculty on content creation best practices and the use of content management systems. - Stay up with the latest trends in content marketing and digital communications.

Position Requirements:

- This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to create compelling content across various platforms.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content analytics.

- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Qualifications:

- Post Graduation in journalism or communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, or digital marketing. - Experience in an educational setting is a plus. - Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation. - Familiarity with educational trends and issues. - Knowledge of Canva, In-shorts is preferred.
