Job Description

Manage post-contract services, including interim applications, change management, and variation valuation.
Administer contract procedures and ensure compliance with standard form contracts, particularly FIDIC.
Develop and maintain client relationships through professional presentations and confident communication.
Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project deliverables.
Prepare detailed reports on cost estimates, procurement, and tender documents.
Ensure effective procurement processes, including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation.
Oversee post-contract cost variances and manage change control processes.
Conduct value engineering and life cycle costing analyses and negotiate final accounts with clients.

Job Requirements

Experience in cost management, preferably in construction or civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and managing procurement processes.
Familiarity with standard form contracts, particularly FIDIC, and administration of contract procedures.
