Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our store operations, ensure smooth daily functioning, lead the sales team, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations and team supervision
• Ensure smooth daily sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets
• Train, motivate, and monitor sales staff performance
• Manage stock levels, product display, and replenishment
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and service escalations
• Maintain billing accuracy, cash management, and daily reports
• Oversee store hygiene, visual merchandising, and brand presentation
• Coordinate with the accounts and admin departments for reports and requirements
• Support store promotional activities and campaigns

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales operations
• Strong leadership, team-handling, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of stock management and retail billing systems
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for healthy foods
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, POS, Inventory Software)

Education:

Graduate / Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
