Assistant Store Manager

You will be joining a direct-to-consumer (D2C) lifestyle brand that advocates the SAADAA way of living and creates BETTER basics for everyone. As one of the top 1% Shopify stores in India, we have grown from a 100 sq. ft. garage to a 150+ people team within 4 years, all while being bootstrapped and profitable. Now, as an Assistant Store Manager at SAADAA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our offline retail store. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the store operates smoothly by adhering to operational standards, policies, and procedures. You will lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. By engaging with customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring high satisfaction levels, you will create a welcoming and seamless shopping experience. Additionally, you will drive sales and profitability through effective strategies, monitor stock levels, oversee visual merchandising, analyze store performance, and address operational issues promptly. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in lifestyle, apparel, or D2C brands. You must be customer-centric, possess strong leadership skills, excel in operational excellence, and be sales-oriented. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, interpersonal skills, and tech-savviness are also essential qualities. A bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail operations.
