Job Description

A Store Manager (KRA - Key Result Area) at Ramraj, an apparel brand, is responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing inventory management, leading and motivating the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and executing store promotions to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing store projects, implementing sales and inventory strategies, and building a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales & Performance: Drive the overall sales and performance of the store to meet revenue goals.

* Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, optimize inventory, and minimize losses to improve sales.

* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the store team, fostering a positive work environment and high performance.

* Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience by being customer-focused and providing excellent service.

* Promotional Execution: Plan and execute store promotions and sales initiatives to attract customers and boost sales.

* Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, including store layout and presentation.

* Financial Acumen: Apply financial knowledge to manage the store's budget, control expenses, and improve profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
