Cashier/Customer Service

Cash Management:

Oversee and balance cash tills, generate accurate reports, and ensure cash is stored securely according to company policies.

Customer Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and positive customer experiences.

Staff Support:

Train and support other cashiers, assisting them with price checks, Point of Sale (POS) approvals, and other operational tasks.

Checkout Area Operations:

Handle general checkout functions, manage various transactions (cash and card), and ensure the checkout area remains clean and organized.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve customer service issues and assist with operational challenges within the checkout area.

Skills and Qualifications

Customer Interaction:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to operate cash registers, handle basic accounting, and utilize relevant POS systems.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous approach to cash handling and record-keeping to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.

Leadership Qualities:

Ability to create a positive work environment, provide guidance to other cashiers, and support the overall performance of the checkout department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
