Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview: As a Store Manager (KRA - Key Result Area) at Ramraj, an apparel brand, your primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets, optimize inventory management, lead and motivate the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and execute store promotions to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You will be entrusted with managing store projects, implementing sales and inventory strategies, and building a strong team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the overall sales and performance of the store to meet revenue goals. - Oversee stock levels, optimize inventory, and minimize losses to improve sales. - Lead, coach, and develop the store team, fostering a positive work environment and high performance. - Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience by being customer-focused and providing excellent service. - Plan and execute store promotions and sales initiatives to attract customers and boost sales. - Manage day-to-day store operations, including store layout and presentation. - Apply financial knowledge to manage the store's budget, control expenses, and improve profitability. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred) - Experience: 4 years in fashion retail (Preferred) - Language: Proficiency in Kannada (Preferred) Note: The job is full-time and requires in-person work at the store location in Mangalore, Karnataka.
