Job Description

Role Overview: As a Store Manager (KRA - Key Result Area) at Ramraj, an apparel brand, your primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets, optimize inventory management, lead and motivate the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and execute store promotions to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You will be entrusted with managing store projects, implementing sales and inventory strategies, and building a strong team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the overall sales and performance of the store to meet revenue goals. - Oversee stock levels, optimize inventory, and minimize losses to improve sales. - Lead, coach, and develop the store team, fostering a positive work environment and high performance. - Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience by being customer-focused and providing excellent service. - Plan and execute store promotions and sales initiatives to attract customers and boost sales. - Manage day-to-day store operations, including store layout and presentation. - Apply financial knowledge to manage the store's budget, control expenses, and improve profitability. Essential Skills: - Leadership: Ability to guide and influence the team towards common goals. - Communication Skills: Effective communication to share ideas, thoughts, and information with the team and customers. - Customer Focus: A strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs. - Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues that arise in a retail environment. - Time Management: Efficiently managing time to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities. - Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies to drive business. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred) - Experience: 4 years in fashion retail (Preferred) - Language: Proficiency in Kannada (Preferred) Note: The job is full-time and requires in-person work at the store location in Mangalore, Karnataka. Additionally, the benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. Ability to commute or relocate to Mangalore, Karnataka is necessary, with a preference for candidates willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.,
