Assistant Store Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for retail and a drive for leadership within a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
• Oversee and manage store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Handle cash register duties and transactions accurately
• Support in-store training development programs for staff
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations

Skills

• Proficiency in cash register operations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and inventory management
• Experience in store management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Leadership qualities to motivate and guide the store team
• Familiarity with payroll processes would be beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
