Premium LUXURY BRAND is seeking :

Assistant STORE MANAGER

• Experience - 2 year to 5 year
• Location - Delhi - DLF Emporio

Sales and Customer Experience:

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer service, embodying the brand's values and providing in-depth product knowledge.
• Drive and achieve personal and store sales targets, building a strong selling culture.
• Handle customer issues diplomatically and ensure a positive, luxury experience for all clients.

Staff Management & Development:

• Supervise, motivate, and coach retail associates to meet performance goals.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, and development of the store team.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.

Operations & Merchandising:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, audits, and loss prevention.
• Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with brand standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
• Manage cash handling, POS operations, and opening/closing procedures.

Brand Representation:

• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding brand image through professionalism and enthusiastic communication.
• Contribute to the execution of sales plans, promotional activities, and brand-building efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in luxury or high-end retail, with a strong understanding of luxury customer service.
• Leadership: Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to operations, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of luxury products and brand ethos.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues affecting store service and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
