Assistant Sourcing Manager/ Senior Engineer

We're Hiring - Assistant Manager/ Sr. Engineer - Sourcing

Location: - Haridwar

Opening for Male/Female both Candidates

Qualification: - B.Tech

Experience: - 3+ years

Products– Mixer/Juicer/JMG/Induction cooker/OFR/Room Heater/Hand blender/Rice Cooker etc. (Domestic & Import).

Job Role includes: -

1. Responsible for cost saving, monthly price update & NPD.
2. Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers.
3. Work with PPC/production/Quality/Store to get material availability on time.
4. Manage and minimize the risks (for example operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the supply chain
5. Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance.
6. Expert in SAP MM module - create PO, inventory analysis, other MIS reports.
7. Supplier Capacity planning and supply confirmation as per annual operating/monthly plan.
8. Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain in order to meet sustainability targets.
9. Suppliers share of business management based on TCO analysis, lead time & MOQ.
10. Long lead time items/material planning as per rolling forecast from PPC.
11. Day of Inventory & ageing inventory management as per defined target.
12. Balance confirmation from Suppliers and reconciliation with commercials.
13. Timely payment to Suppliers and resolve supplier queries.
