Assistant Social Media Manager in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to build CXO Junction’s digital presence and grow its executive audience
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Instagram aligned with brand tone and CXO audience preferences
• Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver compelling event promotions, speaker highlights, live coverage, and post-event recaps
• Track social media KPIs and generate performance analytics, engagement reports, and insights for continuous improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and new digital formats to keep content fresh and relevant
• Engage meaningfully with CXO Junction's community — responding to comments, sharing partner content, and growing connections
• Collaborate with event teams for pre-event buzz, real-time social media coverage, and post-event amplification
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience managing social media for B2B, tech, or executive-level brands (event-based experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, professional engagement etiquette, and CXO behavior online
• Ability to write crisp, compelling copy tailored for senior professionals and event-driven communication
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Insights, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Creative thinking with a sense of branding, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
