Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to build CXO Junction’s digital presence and grow its executive audience
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Instagram aligned with brand tone and CXO audience preferences
Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver compelling event promotions, speaker highlights, live coverage, and post-event recaps
Track social media KPIs and generate performance analytics, engagement reports, and insights for continuous improvement
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and new digital formats to keep content fresh and relevant
Engage meaningfully with CXO Junction's community- responding to comments, sharing partner content, and growing connections
Collaborate with event teams for pre-event buzz, real-time social media coverage, and post-event amplification
