Job Overview:

Assistant Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Head in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance and goal achievement.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee sales operations including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest proactive strategies.
Drive implementation of CRM tools and ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals.
