Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support business objectives.

Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and field channels.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.

Track campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Lead and mentor a small marketing team.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing,

Proven success in driving revenue growth through strategic marketing.

Strong knowledge of marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
