Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Arrah for an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Trainee. The role involves managing sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. The candidate will also assist in developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to enhance product offerings. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with teams to drive business growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain customer connections effectively.
• Knowledge of sales strategy development, market analysis, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
