Key Responsibilities: Achieve growth and hits ales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Requirements: MBA or bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record in C PaaS, SaaS, or Telecom technology sales. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Strong leadership qualities, team management capabilities, and hands-on experience guiding sales teams to exceed targets. Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle—from strategic planning to closing enterprise-level deals Solid understanding of telecom technologies and a keen.
